History
- Privately Owned and operated
- The Schacter Family has been in the Manufacturing and Distribution Business since 1948.
- In Q1 of 1997, G.O.S.S. was Established as a Fee Warehouse - 3PL specifically to manage the Warehousing and Distribution requirements of Companies Servicing the Canadian Marketplace.
- The Mississauga Facility has been Operational in April 1998.
- In January 1999, the Principal of G.O.S.S. sold their Disc Brake Component Parts Manufacturing & Distribution Division to a U.S. Private Equity Fund.
(Over 80,000,000 units were Manufactured and Distributed to the North American Aftermarket Annually). - 15,000 square feet of additional Warehouse Space was added to the Mississauga Facility in March 2001.
- Total square footage of the Mississauga Facility is now just under 50,000 sq. ft.
- An additional Bulk Warehouse Facility is utilized as required.
