4. G.O.S.S. can receive orders by Phone, Fax, Email, EDI or Remote Client Supplied Computer System or VPN.
5. G.O.S.S. will confirm Receipts and Shipments via Fax, Email, EDI or Remote Client Supplied Computer System or VPN.
6. G.O.S.S will provide Dedicated Customer Service.
7. G.O.S.S. hours of operation: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
8. Orders received by 1:00 p.m. will be shipped or ready fro Pick up - Same day
9. Pick Up orders will be ready within 3 Hours
10. G.O.S.S. will provide a Standard Pick, Pack and Ship Service.
11. 1 BOX or 1 TRUCK LOAD
    
12. G.O.S.S. can provide Cross-Docking Services.
13. Pick-Up Counter / TL & Drive-In Door is available is available for all Clients.
14. G.O.S.S. will provide Client Specific Packing Slips.
15. G.O.S.S. will provide an Annual Physical Inventory.
16. G.O.S.S. can maintain an Inventory on its Computer System.
17. G.O.S.S. can provide Dedicated G.T.A. Deliveries via G.O.S.S. Truck.
18. G.O.S.S. will select Best Carriers Outbound Freight.
19. Board Room Facilities and Private Offices are available for on site Meetings.
20. Additional Charges will apply for services such as: Custom Packaging from bulk, Customer Returns, Re-Boxing, Labelling.
